Just curious? Will there be future updates? Or does the game as it stand now, represent the final stage of Cthulhu Returns? I enjoy playing it either way, and hate to be a pesimist, but am genuinely curious.

I'd like to think of the game as hibernating - I certainly have no time for updates right now, but eventually my schedule will thin out and I'll be back to adding things constantly. As of right now the game does cost me a bit every month to keep running, but it gets a surprising amount of traffic every day.

I've decided that I'll put up some Google ads to help pay for the hosting, and if the game actually makes anything I'll be able to devote more time to it while working less on my main business. That's a big if, but at the very least, as long as the ads make it easier to pay for hosting, the game will be guaranteed to stick around. I must say though, when I do put up the ads, please don't click them just to help me. Click them only if they show something you are interested in. Spamming clicks on them is more likely to get me in trouble than anything else.

I thank you sincerely for the continued interest, I'm only sorry I don't have more time to work on this at the moment.

I continue to play this game with a few friends (well, 3 to be precise) and even as it stands it has replay value, every few months starting a new character. I've noticed a good handful of people online recently, and next month will drop some money by donation! Hope to see this game grow, and being rather experienced in promotion, I will happily advertise this game as soon as you decide to continue updating it further. Good luck!

That sounds great Sothoth, and I must add, although I'm not always able to add content to the game, in spare time I still take notes and map out new areas. When I do have the time to add content there will be a lot of new stuff coming out. Thanks for the support!
